Nothing is known about Weather Witch's early life or origin. She was probably born and raised in Gotham, and was a prostitute there at the time she decided to join up with Penguin during Gotham's gang wars.

Weather Witch was created by Frank Tieri and Jim Calafiore. She made her first appearance in Gotham Underground #3.

    Major Story Arcs

    Gotham Underground

Weather Witch joins the New Rogues, and takes part in her team's successful protection of the Iceberg Lounge. When Burn is shot and nearly killed by Vigilante, she is the only team member to show genuine concern, though she still abandons him when instructed. Later, she helps capture Tobias Whale. When Intergang moves into Gotham, she joins her team in abandoning Penguin.

    Final Crisis

Weather Witch and her team join up with Libra's Secret Society of Super Villains. They are sent to bring the original Rogues back in line. To this end, she helps her team nearly kill Paul Gambi, and abduct Captain Cold's father. When the Rogues attack she fights Weather Wizard, and is killed by him.

    Powers and Abilities

Weather Witch has no known powers or abilities.

    Weapons and Equipment

Weather Witch wields an old version of Weather Wizard's weather wand, which allows her to theoretically create and control weather. She is not skilled with the wand, and is very limited in the weather she creates, relying entirely on lightning.
