Little is known about the origin of Weather Warlock. Born and raised in the 25th century, he joined the police force and became a member of the Reverse Flash Task Force, also known as the Renegades.

Weather Warlock was created by Geoff Johns and Francis Manapul. He is closely based on the Weather Wizard. He made his first appearance in The Flash #1.

    Major Story Arcs

The Dastardly Death of the Rogues

Weather Warlock travels back in time with his team to capture the Flash, who they believe to be responsible for the death of their comrade Mirror Monarch. In their first clash with the Flash, he is accidentally trapped in Trixster's robotic handcuffs. His team is forced to flee back to the future when his time platform is irreparably damaged. When they are attacked by the Rogues during their second attempt, he fights Weather Wizard. He helps his team capture Flash and take him to be tried in the future. He returns to the past one last time to help return the traitorous Top to the 25th century to face justice.

    Powers and Abilities

Weather Warlock has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is also a trained police officer, and so presumably a skilled detective who has been trained in armed and unarmed combat. He is also familiar with future technology, including time travel.

    Weapons and Equipment

Weather Warlock possesses a weather wand that allows him to generate and control weather. He also has access to the Renegades' time platforms, which allow him to travel through time and fly.
