Every Batman has its Joker 0

Smiley (the dude who attacked Duke at the beginning of the series) is getting out of juvenile prison, and he just wants to have fun. Most of the issue is dedicated to Smiley and how he became a fan of the Joker. On the other hand Duke and the rest of the robins seem to be very distant and each one followed its own path after Robin War; getting out of the robin life allowed Duke to finally finds his parents and allowed us to see how the rest of the team spends their time nowSmiley is an interesti...
