    Biography

    Michael Fassbender was born in Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany on the 2 of April 1977 to an Irish mother and German father.

    Comic Related Movie Roles

    Stelios

    Fassbender plays the Spartan warrior Stelios in the 2007 film 300, directed by Zack Snyder and based on the Frank Miller series of the same name.

    Magneto

    In 2011, Fassbender played Erik Lehnsherr, who becomes mutant extremist Magneto in the Matthew Vaughn-directed film, X-Men: First Class. He reprised his role in the 2014 sequel, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and is reportedly set to return in X-Men: Apocalypse.
