    In this issue Nite Owl and Rorschach confront Veidt about his involvment in the death of the Comedian. After they fight Ozymandias and end up getting there buts thoroughly handed to them, He lays out his plans, and our heroes find out that it goes further than just a simple murder.

    Unlike those talking villains of yesteryear, Ozymandias only told his plan because he had already executed it. As we find that ultimately he set out to destroy New York City, in order to stop nuclear war.
