In the first wave of DC cancellations the creative minds behind the series were able to give a little bit of closure to the series before they got their disjointed endings which let them go out with a bang instead of a whimper. In the case of this series though it got a little bit of both. With the setting having been set on one of Jupiter's moons, it was clear that there was not going to be any resolution without some kind of a battle between Voodoo and her clone. As it came to be there was a battle but the issue spent far more time dealing with its aftereffects than actually what happened. This has to be at least somewhat the case as Voodoo' stories don't end here but instead get transferred to Grifter. This did serve as a decent wrapup to the series which I will miss (especially that so many of its individual issues fared so well) but it till felt like it could have been more.
