Avengers: Age of Ultron opens in theatrers on May 1. Marvel has just released another solo character poster. This time it's for Vision.

If that wasn't enough, in case you missed it, Entertainment Weekly revealed the covers for their Avengers issue. You put them together and we're reminded of the Jim LeeX-MEN #1 covers.

It's like the 90s all over again!

It's cool they kept the same colors...Vision "looks" pretty good! I can really notice the resemblance to the X-Men #1 cover.

Wow all the news today & reveals, my head is starting to hurt.

Avengers all facing and ready to fight Ultron, but Ultron is all "be right back, water break".

Vision looks awesome and his fight with Thor should be amazing.

Sorry folks, but there is nothing to see here. So the bad guy is on the right side of both posters? Other than that, most of the poses are different in both posters. Heck, even Ultron and Magneto are posing differently.

My ONLY gripe is his eyes...what's with the baby blues? He looks too human. Where's the signature yellow?

Seeing vision up clothes they really should have made his mouth area look better. You can still see his pupils which makes him look too organic.

Agreed. I think white out eyes would have helped that also if they smoothed his face maybe some false cheekbones or something to give an angled look. I was on board for this from the start. The vision thing just I guess puts a lot of static to this. I hope it pulls off but that Vision yeesh.

@victorcheenoanleu: yeah that's a good point but still after all those little teasers givin in all the trailers about vision it would have been awesome to go into the movie not knowing what he would look like until you saw him for the first time.

The close-up of Vision is just wow. I don't know how to describe it other than wow.

I like the overall look, but his eyes look off. They're just too human-looking. Regardless, I can't wait.

That's not the Vision. That's something called a pedophile.

Ultrons hand is about the same position but different angle. Notice how hulk is standing behind rogue, iceman is making a streak in his wake like Pietro, storm is where Thor is etc. It's pretty obvious.
