The Crawler is the main protagonist in the My Hero Academia spinoff "Vigilantes". Inspired by All Might, he is an unlicensed hero, known around his neighborhood as "Nice Guy" and "Gentle Man". He keeps the streets clean, helps citizens with odd jobs and protects innocents against villains with his partner Pop Step and mentor Knuckleduster.
Shoto Aizawa, known by his hero name of Eraserhead, is a professional hero and homeroom teacher at UA, a school for aspiring heroes. His Quirk, or power, allows him to "erase" or cancel out another person's Quirk just by looking at them. However, if he blinks, that person's Quirk comes back, meaning he mustn't blink in order for his Quirk to stay active.
Toshinori Yagi, famously known as All Might, was the No.1 Superhero in the world. He was also formerly known as the Symbol of Peace. He had a quirk called One-For-All, which allowed him to gain superhuman strength, speed, durability and stamina. He received this quirk from a former hero named Nana Shimura. After All Might defeated All-For-One, he retired as the greatest hero due to losing his quirk. He passed on One For All to Izuku Midoriya and is currently helping him to become the greatest hero on earth.
Iwao Oguro was formally known as the pro hero "O'Clock". After mysteriously losing his Quirk he is now a vigilante named "Knuckleduster". He is a main protagonist in the My Hero Academia spin-off "Vigilantes" and mentor to series protagonist "The Crawler".

Endeavor is the No. 2 hero in Japan, placing only behind All Might. His Quirk allows him to control fire and his ultimate goal is to surpass All Might and become the No. 1 hero.

Nemuri Kayama, or as she's better known by her hero name Midnight, is an 18+ professional hero and teacher at UA. Her Quirk, or power, allows her to exude a powerful aroma from her body which puts targets to sleep. This ability works better on males than it does females.
Stain also known as "Hero Killer" is an infamous villain known for killing 17 Pro Heroes and crippling even more.
