Victor is hired to bring down a demon that's been plaguing his client Nessia Hakimi, after using a spell from an ancient book called the Sefer Hhoshekh. The pages were said to be destroyed, but turns out they've just been scattered for centuries. Now many of the pages are in the city of Chicago and Ashen Yu, Hanover Blake and Dracula all seek the pages for their own purposes.
