I think that something will happen and things will change especially if the book is successful.

I'm going to say that it will be around a year or so, maybe until next year's big MARVEL event?  I'd like to see this one go and Mac Gargan went a whole lot longer than I expect as Venom.   
 
Wow, Brock hasn't been Venom since MARVEL Knights Spider-Man (which was an amazing run and I wish that team would get back together for another MK Spider-Man)....yeah, I am going to predict Brock will be back as Venom in less than 2 years.  Maybe there will be some big Anti-Venom battle or something.

I loved that little preview I already like him better than all previous symbiotes I hate symbiotes  so that is not saying much but still awesome.

As much as I don't care for Spider-man comics and the way they have been handled. Interesting they are actually taking Venom into a drastically different direction. I just wonder how long it will stick. That's the important part and the issue Marvel has a problem with. We all know something will eventually go wrong, but will it be a bad or good thing? It would be boring if everything went according to plan.

It's just confusing why they would give a suit that bonds with a user if they don't want it to bond? Seems counter-intuitive. I just hope they aren't going to start playing musical chairs with the symbiote.

The future of Venom is looking good from my perspective. Although I won't be collecting this series (or perhaps any others due to my comic books not having come yet damn you Forbidden Planet) this series should appeal to a lot of people and give Flash a much longer stint as Venom than 20 missions.

Personally I like it, not big on the whole Venom being a soldier idea, but I understand where they're coming from with that. I really like that Flash is Venom though, it makes sense really, the guy is Spidey's biggest fan, wishes he could be a hero and serve his country, and also has been given a chance to walk again on top of all that. He'll slowly start getting addicted to the suit over time while on missions, and in past interviews, it's already eben said that Flash will be going through depression after be separated from the suit after a few missions, so he'll probably get addicted, bond with the suit, and become a villain in the end.

He won't make it to the 20 mission mark that's for sure, the fact that he has no legs turns the suit to a drug and he will not want to let it go. The Woman with the kill switch (Katherine Glover) has already shown weakness I don't think she will be able to bring herself to killing Flash, I'll give them 7 missions tops enough to showcase what we can expect to see with Flash as Venom, Capt. Glover will tell Flash what happen to the previous host then Flash will thank her, kill her and go AWOL

I don't think the symbiote will kill Thompson...the only person to date that the symbiote rejected resulting in death was the....(I cant remember his name but it was Italian) kid whos father bought the symbiote from Brock.  The guy w/symbiote jumped off the building after Spider-Man and the suit literally just diteched the kid because he was so weak and pathetic.  I don't think that will happen with Thompson..if anything the symbiote will try and coerce Thompson into NOT taking it off when it comes time...I am also sure that Thompson will start becoming addicted to the freedom it brings and the being able to walk again (and more).   
 
I am wondering when the symbiote's love/hate relationship towards Spidey will spark again.  The suit always had been a sort of jealous lover towards Spider-Man...I hope they become rivals in the future again.  

The man can walk again... He'll make it all the way up to the middle of mission #20... then go rogue, only to start a new plot line where heroes are called in to bring back the "out of control" venom suit... But he just wants to walk and have his normal life back. Will it be justified? Who knows? Will it take control of his mind and have him want to eat people's spleen? Probably, cause then it gives Heroes justification to punch him in the face... but what if it didn't? What if he really just wanted to be able to continue to walk? And the Heroes have to punch him in the face anyway? Good times. That's my prediction. :)

Flash is seriously the new venom? meh....

I can't wait for this book. Remender's imagination is brilliant and foresee a strong, strong following for the book.

 Just an matter off time until the symbiote gets around the mindcontrol...

Although because of Brand new Day even the symbiote doesn't remember that Peter Parker is spider-man. (although I'm not sure about this .... But I recall that McGargan didn't remember it himself)
There will be the moment that The symbiote is gonna make Flash hate spider-man (or at least tries to). Which will cause that Flash has to get rid of the suit.
 
Maybe the symbiote does remember and makes the old feelings of flash towards "Puny parker" stronger, when flash finds out who spider-man really is.

Hell, I dont know :P For now we can enjoy flash as an good venom.

Hopefully they gonna put him against the female carnage :P

This seems like a fun idea to me, but for some reason I don't see it lasting.
Whether its the foreshadowing that the "teaser" brought or just the fact that I don't really see the book being super popular, I think it's only a matter of time before poor Flash gets his Spidey card revoked.

Did we just find out who dies this quarter for Marvel?

 Is this New Venom a secret from the other heroes? If so... I see a Captain America VS Venom in the future. O_O    

I say there is a chance that it might accidentally bond to Peter again and make Flash jealous and then he will try to get it back and it will become permanent until a big battle with Eddie Brock and then something big will probably happen.

It is giving little bread crumbs about what could happen and making something that could become VERY interesting. This is going to end horribly story-wise(great for the fans if they get what looks to be good story though maybe not for flash)! Defiantly going to give this a go and see what develops.

The reason this is awesome (to me, anyway) is that it actually gives a good setup for meaningful character development. As much as I loved Eddie as Venom, I feel like that has run it's course unless they do some cheap "brand new day' type reset on him. I'd like to see the Anti-Venom character depowered a little and fleshed out, he's really a cool character (other than his name). I'd also like to see how the Venom symbiote might change if it permanently bonds to a person who is genuinely good hearted.

It gives more character development to Flash which is a good thing.
