    Anti-climactic, but good. 0

I'm guessing this is the end of this little mini-arc, and that's disappointing. Issue #7 gave me hope for a bit of a longer story, but apparently, this is it. In that context, it all feels a bit rushed, but there is good in this issue. Deadpool interrupting Moon Knight's inner monologue was great, and the hall of mirrors made for a nice little visual. Gregg Hurwitz knows how to write Deadpool, as a genuine weirdo who's a stunningly competent assassin/fighter. He keeps the jokes low key and subtl...

You Shut Up! No You Shut Up! 0

I want to start off saying that I love Moon Knight (and no not in a why don't you marry him kind of way) and was rather ticked when the last series ended.  I was overjoyed when the new series was launched and loved the first few issues.  Then they did to Moon Knight what they seem to have done with every Marvel book.  They put Deadpool in it for no real good reason other than to just milk him for all he is worth.  So now we have him and his inner voice throwing down with Moon Knight and that cre...

the waining moon - knight 0

Issue 7 i know Deadpool was there to hype the crap going on with his books.  Issue 8 he is still here and i think killed this series. 7 and 8 are so lousy more than just becouse of Deadpool (can you tell i am no fan?).  Moony's new look has never thrilled me but the nice art and the first arc was pretty cool. But it has all gone flat.  Poor dialog, i don't care for the art.. it's a shame i love Moon Knight, i gues it is time to go back and read the 1980's run....

    Please, No More Deadpool 0

“KILLED, NOT DEAD,” Part 2 It’s crazy versus crazier when Moon Knight squares off against Deadpool! Herman Goncharenko lies at death’s door, wasting away of cancer, but someone wants him killed, not dead. Someone desperate enough to hire the Merc with the Mouth to do the dirty deed. Gonchrenko’s only hope: the reformed Moon Knight. But is he in Deadpool’s weight class? Heck, is anyone?" (Summary from Marvel Comics)Each week I hope for a spark of remorse in Moon Knight to shine through and this ...
