Faced with anarchy, a desperate judge finds a reluctant hero in the lawless frontier. A legend is born.

Bass Reeves is a bounty hunter, but he's trying to retire from it. He's bought land, and is trying to live there peacefully with his wife and son. A judge wants Bass to turn US Marshal, but he refuses. Until a few weeks later, when his son witnesses a man killed by a gang of riders. Then he takes the oath and the badge, and becomes a lawman.

Badass Mofo should totally be an official job titleI love a good Western. There's just something about the tall tale mythic nature applied to gunfighters. Maybe it's the fact that some of them actually existed? Whatever the case, U.S. Marshall Bass Reeves delivers all of that, including the fact that this guy was real!
