    Dark Angel Saga pt. 1

Apocalypse is dead. His heir, Archangel, has picked up where his predecessor left off, amassing an army of En Sabah Nur's greatest servants! The only hope X-Force have of saving Warren Worthington from the dark entity that inhabits his soul, rests in a dimension where Apocalypse, and his technology, took over the world, the solution lies in-The Age of Apocalypse! However, before X-Force can obtain the thing capable of saving their friend, they must defeat The Amazing X-Men!

The team gets ready to go through a portal with Dark Beast to the Age of Apocalypse to retrieve the Life Seed, necessary to save Warren from Archangel. Deadpool is very skeptical and Fantomex doesn't trust McCoy but they all enter the portal anyway. The other universe smells like death to Wolverine as it seems that most humans have been wiped out by mutants. They enter McCoy's lab and he talks about his past life there until Deadpool interrupts him because he wants to leave as soon as possible.

When McCoy shows them the seed, Darkholme, the AoA Nightcrawler, takes it away and teleports to the street. The team follows him. Wolverine is confused about his feelings, missing the original Nightcrawler. Then the other AoA X-Men attack the team, Sabretooth and Wild Child take on Wolverine, while Deadpool and Fantomex distract Darkholme, but not for long. Psylocke can convince them that they have true intentions and are not accomplices of McCoy, but not before Shiro appears and destroys the Life Seed. McCoy escapes through the portal, leaving the X-Force stranded in the Age of Apocalypse.

They head back to the X-Men quarters with the team, explaining their mission. Wolverine is still upset about seeing Nightcrawler alive and Sabretooth as a good guy. The quarters are in Atlantis and when they arrive there, Darkholme introduces them to their leader, which turns out to be Jean Grey, leaving both her and Logan speechless.

X-Force Meets Age of Apoc.: And It Is Good 0

In order to save Warren from being overcome by Apocalypse, X-Force must travel to the Age of Apocalypse...  The Good Okay, every time I review X-Force I go on and on about how incredible it is. I almost wish this time I had something negative to say about it. Almost. Not really though.   Once again, Rick Remender delivers an unbelievable issue of X-Force, and the start of what is bound to be an absolutely mind blowing story arc. With each passing moment, Warren comes closer to being completely t...

Hopefull this streak continues in this series because I do really like it! Ok so the team and dark Beast head into the Age of Apocalypse to find the life seed so they can help angel. Angel is totally under Apocalypse's control and needs help. While they are there they run into a few surprises. First Nightcrawler from this world attacks them and steals the life seed. Wolveri...

    A Dark Beginning 0

THE GOODI cannot say enough about the art and the writing. Issue to issue, I could not wait for what was next. The series kept me on my toes week after week, this new arc will prove no different. It was just so astonishing to see what kind of world the AoA was... such a drastic difference without the influence of Professor X. A devastating "What If?" at its finest. One of the more interesting "characters" was Dmitri - we should all be so lucky to have such a low maintenance doorman. I just love h...
