Psylocke digs deep into Bishop's head and what she finds will shock you!

One of the biggest X-Villains of the past 20 years threatens the Uncanny X-Force!

Psylocke and Storm traverse Bishop's very mangled mind. They first see the scene of a beastly man approaching his daughter with ill intent. Bishop arrives and blasts the man, a revenant. The girl turns to Bishop and he discovers that she is also a revenant. Bishop's mind wanders and so do the two interred X-Men. They see a time when Bishop is killed by a beast but brought back to life by a group called the Order. He is trained to hunt revenants. The mind shifts back to the little girl and Psylocke and Storm see the girl turn back into a child. She passes out and Bishop takes care of her. His instincts and training prompt him to kill the girl while she sleeps.

Outside Bishop's mind, Puck watches over the bodies of Bishop, Storm, and Psylocke, as well as the tied up Spiral. He is bored out of his mind until Spiral mentions a bottle of Jagermeister.

Inside Bishop's mind, Storm seeks out Bishop's memories dictating his desire to kill Hope. She zaps the memory in hope that it will return Bishop to the rational friend she once knew. Storm returns to Psylocke and they view another memory as Bishop tracks a bull revenant, a revenant that has its own body and not just some commandeered vessel. Storm is surprised to find that Bishop did not kill the girl but allows her to tag along. Bishop begins to teach the girl about revenant history until he spots his prey, a lone woman in the forest. The two are attacked, however, by the Demon Bear. Bishop tells the girl to run for help while he deals with the ambusher. Bishop is subdued and is confronted by the Great White Owl, the Queen of the Revenants. She tells him they are going on a journey together and possesses his mind.

Bishop's memories become scrambled and Psylocke knows where to turn to stop what is destroying Bishop. She calls out Demon Bear and he appears. She notices a lance in the bear's back and hopes removing it will calm the bear down. The lance won't budge.

Outside, Puck is drunk. Spiral gets loose but he beats her back. She gets up for a fight but Puck stops her; Psylocke is missing. Elsewhere, Cluster drives off with Psylocke's body.

Plot Development? In THIS Book? 0

THE GOODI'm so grateful for Sam Humphries to FINALLY answer some questions that he brought up in the first issue. Oh man, did Bishop have a rough time before he shows up in Uncanny X-Force #1. I really liked that Humphries bothered to give that whole area of the story a meaningful backstory, as opposed to just "Bishop was taken over by a mutant." I wasn't expecting the explanation, and I'm excited at the ideas that this issue raises.Good lord, Adrien Alphona is perfect for drawing the mindscape...

Worst series ever... 0

Sam Humphries is talented, in the way that he can make both lesbians and x-force uninteresting. If you love bad acting day time soap operas you might really like this comic. Unfortunately x-force is not the place for soap opera drama. There's nothing wrong with some romance in comic, and sure as hell nothing wrong with some lesbian heroes in the x-force books. This X-force is all drama, very little action.I've disliked the voices for characters before. Characters Ive grown to love, I'm slowly s...
