Where to Go? 2

After a big epic story is pretty much positive that there is going to be an epilogue or a "How this effected us" kind of story. This issue is that kind of story. Although what's great about this issue is that even though the two big things that Rick Remender has been setting up for has finally been brought to a conclusion, we still have so much more loose ends to tie up that this series could go on forever (and I seriously hope it does.)   The two big things Rick Remender was building up to, was...

Uncanny X-Force # 19 0

The wrap up of the Age Of Apocalypse is now as a new chapter begins for both X-Force and The Age Of Apocalypse X-Men. There's some cool interaction with Jean Grey and Wolverine. As for Deadpool, well he was watching Sabretooth (AoA) secretly taking a shit. Yes Deadpool confronted Sabretooth that he was investigating him. Well I found this really funny, Deadpool just has the craziest sense of humor. Angel, Warren Worthington doesn't remember who he was. Psylocke still has feelings for Worthington...

Wolverine and the X-Force - If No One is Gonna Say It... 2

Then might aswell be me.What in the name of Galactus is this issue? After we are treated with some of the best arcs in recent memory, we are soon given something to remember us just how bad comic books can really be. The Big Events have finally touched X-Force, and it's as subtle as the change of artist in this issue.WARNING: The following review is not going to be pretty. In fact, it will be just as bad as the comic itself. The StoryFollowing the events of Dark Angel Saga we were left with a sen...

Where Do We Go From Here? 0

So the big reveal (for the members of X-Force) last issue was that Fantomex had cloned the Apocalypse kid that he shot back in the first story arc. In this issue he explains why he did it. The part between Psylocke and reborn Angel was heartbreaking. It's interesting that they've decided to send Young Apocalypse where they did. I wonder if that leads to him discovering that his time the The World is a lie and whether that leads to him becoming evil. It's definitely tough to fit this within the co...

And Then There Were Three? 0

THE GOODThe story did its job. This issue feels like a transition story from one major arc to the next. It does feel like a limbo issue for me - which is not bad, my brain just needed a good classification. :)I have really liked the Fantomex character throughout this issue. I love how he just "doesn't fit" with the rest of the team. He doesn't put his mental guard down for communication, he keeps secrets, he does what needs to be done - no regrets, no remorse, no problem. Well mostly. I enjoyed ...

New Team 0

In the aftermath of The Dark Angel Saga, we get to see the new Genesis character, that from now on will appear in Wolverine and the X-Men, who goes back to their dimensions and who sticks around.I was not pleased with change of artists. In my opinion, Opeña is what makes Uncanny X-Force one of the best titles Marvel is putting up right now. His style fits this series perfectly and although Rodriguez is also good, he doesn't even come close. His artwork has its ups and downs. The way he draws Log...
