This was a very powerful and moving end to an extremely well-written saga. Rick Remender has really outdone himself here with a conclusion to the Dark Angel Saga that may just leave you weeping. He really does an amazing job closing out the arc. I can’t wait to see what he has planned next. You MUST buy this and get the trades if you haven’t been following along. It’s simply that good.
It is rare, in the world of comic books, to read something truly memorable, touching and with the feel of completion. It starts out strong with Deathlok reasoning his way out from under War's spell, continues with some epic battles between good and evil, and ends quietly with a solemn yet powerful question, "Who are you?".One thing I thought was simply amazing: the SCALE of where they were all fighting.
