    Uncanny Awesome more like.

I loved this issue from beginning to end, with the Apocalypse twins plan beginning to unfold as they raise the four horsemen of death and dispute starts between the team.

    The Good

The issue starts with a dream of Logan's, it involves a brief appearance form Archangel and the abbaca version of Evan, it was very nice to see appearances from "dead" characters and even better to see that wolverine is still getting over Daken's death and blames himself for not taking a different course of action.

Rick Remender's writing is as all ways top notch in every way, from jokes to conflict, he really knows how to balance the team and make it feel like they all have role to play.

It was nice to see a bit of banter between Beast and Wonder Man, even having a small appearance form Beast was nice, and the jokes and friendly jabs at each other, between wolverine and Wonder Man, was nice and funny as well.

Seeing the two different sides when the team splits in half is very nice to see, it is mainly X-men vs. Avengers but when Thor goes with Logan and the X-men was nice to see.

The four Horsemen of Death's costumes were very nice to see and looking forward to seeing conflict between the two teams.

    The Bad

Sometimes Daniel Acuna's art can be a bit vague and scratchy.

    Overall

It was a great issue and looking forward to the next one.

      Division 0

Although this series went through a rough patch at the beginning of the series due to shipment issues, it has really picked up, and is starting to become one of my favourite series. One of the major things to make this so has been this fantastic story, and I just love reading more, and more, and can't get enough of it.PlotThe Apocalypse Twins, Uriel, and Eimin continue their plans, whilst the Avengers Unity Squad deal with their own problems, and question whether they can trust each other.Review...

      An Ethics Lesson 0

Despite all the other issues in this narrative, one of the biggest things holding the story being told here back is the constant and unrestrained ethical debates held in the book. They feel unnatural, forced, preachy, and overly frequent. And, while the last few issues have had signs of this, Uncanny Avengers 9 really hits this out of the park, in a bad way. The events hardly seem to matter anymore, as long as there are a few characters in a room to cause drama. Between Rogue and Scarlet Witch'...
