The Universal Multipurpose Agency is a high-tech defense force led by Colonel Arthur Grant with the sole purpose of improving the Earth's environment and investigate extraterrestrial phenomenon. The are based off the coast of Australia and are often assisted by Ultraman to combat enemy alien lifeforms.
