    Groomed By The Blob!

Ok! Sorted! Now I`ve got my head around this whole alternate-reality-Ultimate-universe-thing...
Ideal, the X-Men was great first time around, why not just rewrite the lot with a more polished feel? I`m really enjoying this series, Mark Milar has done a good job here...
This issue however, has a new artist again, Kaare Andrews, and I`m still not sure about his work on X-Men. The arts a tad `cartoony` like something out of Disney - It`s good! Don`t get me wrong - but I just don`t know if it suits this series. Beautifully digitally coloured, mind...
In this installment of the current storyline, which is both exciting, sometimes funny and thought-provoking we`re given a lesson into the dangers of online chat-rooms. Hank McCoy `chatting` with his online friend - who he believes to be a young model (but is, in fact, The Blob) - unwittingly announces To the Brotherhood that Magneto`s death was a ruse, and he is actually alive and well and living in The Bronx...doh!!
This tongue-in-cheek story is about to take a serious turn, methinks...
All this, and Wolverine, Cyclops and Kitty in The Savage Land...great, keep `em coming - this reader`s hooked!
