I liked the cover for this issue. Even though Captain America was not in the issue there is a big part that he plays in this issue that will change the Ultimate Universe forever.
Story
Gwen and Aunt May move to France. Kitty, Bobby, and Johnny go find a new place to live and that is Morlock Tunnels. Captain America quits and Nick Fury blames himself for Peter’s death.
Best Part
For the last couple of issues I felt like that the writers for the series forgot what this whole series was made for and that was to see the aftermath of Peter Parker’s death. In this issue I am glad that they remembered that this was for Peter Parker’s death. We get to see Peter’s family and friends deal with his death and how there life changed because of it. Seeing that Captain America quit that for me was the big OMG moment for this issue and something I did not expect would happen and will change the ultimate universe. The people I felt bad for in this issue were Nick Fury and Mary Jane. Nick Fury we actually saw cry in this issue and Mary Jane has no one she lost Peter and Gwen and Aunt May are leaving for France. Now whom does Mary Jane have as friends. I also enjoyed the Kitty Pryde, Bobby, and Johnny story but I do not think they will last in the Morlock Tunnels for long because of the new Ultimate X-men title coming. This issue set up for a lot of great stories to come in this universe.
Worst Part
There was no worst part in this issue.
Art
The only thing I did not like for art in this issue is Gwen Stacy’s hair. I know it is suppose to be more rebel like but I hope it does not stick. Something I liked about this series was that with every character we had different art and I liked that they separated everyone’s story with a different style of art.
