Captain America.
So we finally see how Cap feels about "The Death" of a hero he could have stoped one that he caused. it's very well written and Aunt May has some great dilogue and Steve definitley seems to regret alot of stuff. Which he should it's his fault.

Art didn't exactly impress me it was average.
Thor.
My favorite story we get a glimpse of Valhalla and see other dead Ultimate heroes like Wasp, Ant-Man, Cyclops and of course well maybe I shouldn't spoil. Great story.

Bryan Hitch's art is great really shows alot of emotion.
Rogue.
Rogue's story fousus alot more on the death of her fellow X-men and how she's dealing with it. Great story probabally tied with Thor. We see the world through Rogue's eyes and the last bit of diologue (SPOILER "We're Next SPOILERS) was really interesting. I do wonder why she wore those gloves?

By now we know Ultimate Fallout seems to be (SPOILERS about how everyone is dealing with the loss of Peter SPOILERS) which is good because it's not a Magneto V.s. the World again.
