I'm just not sure about this new story line. Turok starts out in a museum where there are bone of Native Americans. He obviously gets upset, but it just lacked the emotion somehow even with Turok weeping. It seemed (for lack of a better word) campy in a way. It reminded me of the weeping Indian in the littering commercial from the 1980s Turok has the Son of Stone name because of the lack of emotion he has. It just didn't seem in character and if Turok were to weep the story needs to do a better job of showing his emotion.

Once in the museum we meet Dr. Darwin Challenger who is basically a royal (expletive deleted). He is such an (expletive deleted) that he is virtually unrealistic as a character. Lastly, I want to mention all the side characters who were just bad stereotypes and cliches. The hillbillies the obnoxious New Yorkers, the family, the sheriff and so on. It was hard to like anyone in this story.

This story was just average. It really is not worth going out of your way to read. I am hoping the story line will get better. I only gave this three out of five stars.

    Thanks for reading my review.
