Trixie Lulamoon

Character Creation

Trixie Lelamoon was created by Lauren Faust, Originally Faust's first concept for this character was going to be male for the story of MLP. Writer Chris Savino was the one that came up with the current idea and her habit of speaking in third person. Trixie's character design, her mane's color pale cornflower blue with very pale cerulean stripes.

Her eye color being a dark grayish violet with a single reflection in her eye's, Magic aura pale, light grayish magenta. In the episode "Magic Duel" under the influence of the Alicorn Amulet her magic aura color changed to a crimson, vivid like red and her traditional coat being brilliant azure.

Trixie's cutie mark and appearance, appears to be a Light blue magic wand and crescent moon design, Lauren originally would have made it yellow but scrapped the idea and went with blue. Her mannerism throughout the series, having the tendency to be over-boasting and over the top arrogant nature.

Overview

Trixie is a female unicorn pony and traveling magician, She's the main antagonist of Boast Busters and Magic Duel and a supporting antagonist throughout the series of My Little Pony: Friendship is magic. She makes major appearances throughout the series (Especially in season six), Including the IDW Comics. Trixie's also one of the few to rival Twilight Sparkle in magic.

Trixie is over the top boastful and arrogant, Often attempting to proof that she's the most powerful in all of Equestria. Throughout the series she shows feelings of guilt, making an effort to change though is still very theatrical in her behavior. Trixie has a close friend named Starlight Glimmer. Trixie and Starlight get alone and share similarities and have an understanding of eachother. Trixie after hearing about Starlight's tragic and horrific past they share a bond.

While Trixie has the tendency to react poorly in dangerous situations, quickly succumbing to panic and terror. She's capable of genuine acts of courage despite this.

Powers and Abilities

Trixie being a unicorn pony grants her many perks, That being magic which she processes a talent for and has proven to be highly proficient with surpassing the average unicorn. She's also an expert in illusions and escape artistry with her smoke bombs and wits. Basic magic that any unicorn can do process magic such as levitation and telekinesis, Trixie has showcased many various magical abilities.

Alicorn Amulet:

An ancient artifact that she obtained in "Magic Duel" significantly enhanced her magical capabilities, Amplifying her pool of magic to immeasurable levels and allowing her to overwhelm and defeat her rival Twilight Sparkle.
