    On Island City, Dr. Killemoff invents a dangerous pollution ray. He aims the device towards the neighboring town of Tromaville, with the intent of contaminating the land! Bragging of his dastardly scheme, Killemoff broadcasts the future of his target. The Toxic Crusaders catch wind of their town's impending doom and set off to festering Island City!

Aimed at their home of Tromaville, Dr. Killemoff creates a pollution ray, designed to reprogram the minds of people into caring less about their environment. I can't vouch for the validity of the science involved, but it still creates a sense of urgency nonetheless.En route to Killemoff's base on Island City, the Toxic Crusaders traverse the sewers.
