    Famous adventurers in past times, in present day the Tower Patrol, also know as the Tower Family felt under unspecific circunstances. The only information about their dissapearance involves their failure at the rescue of several children from a burning hospital. Aftar those events, only John Tower survived and stayed, hidden in Dakota City. When he got involved in a fight against the "bang baby" known as Holocaust, he suffered from deep burnings and went mad for more power, being finally defeated by Static.
