I mean, Flash villains like Golden Glider, Trickster and Pied Piper have appeared already, so why not Top?!? Comic book characters never stay dead for good anyways, plus I wanna see Lisa and Roscoe back together again...

I don't think we'll be seeing Top anytime soon, now that DC's given us Turbine.

@Billy Batson: LOL, although so many CB characters have been killed off in multiple ridiculous ways, they ALWAYS end up coming back... well, unless they're Uncle Ben of course :P

He was a good villain.

The few times I saw him, he seemed like a cool character.

Well, it looks like Turbine's gonna replace Top as a possible Rogue... too bad, I still want Roscoe back :P

He's back as Turbine, who has a cooler look, name and powers.

I agree, I'd love to see the Top again
