Review: Titans Villains for Hire Special 0

With Osiris back in town, that makes this little diddy a Brightest Day tie-in. These new Titans are all formed up with the intention on killing the Atom, Ryan Choi. who survives? Who bites the bucket? Is the tension so great that you'll be unable to finish the comic?   The Good I don't know whether I like or dislike this book. I'm right down the middle. I'm enjoying the main story artist on this book immensely,  Fabrizio Fiorentino I believe. The story is so-so, but I like the dynamic of th...

Villans doing what they do best 2

Let me start by saying that Slade Wilson is one of my favorite villains.   He is a Titan of a Villain to me!  Keeping the title was not explained but the explanation will be coming.  Eric Wallace on writing duties and his cohort Fabrizio Fiorentino (with help from other artists) start their run on the Titans here! He has put together a team.  Which the explanation of the team coming together is handled through flashbacks.  The art chores on these flashbacks being handled be different artists.  T...

somebody's been working on their swing 0

So here we have 'Titans Villains for hire', the special, brightest day tie in which introduces us to the new Titans team, and their main objective. What is their objective? no idea. Why are they called the Titans? because Slade says so, and no body disagrees with the guy who could take on the entire justice leage by himself, and survive! Now the last Titans series didnt exactly blow peoples mindes ( i should know.... i bough them). They were more, or at least the final issues were, of a study of...

I Emplore You To Read My Review Before Purchasing This Book 0

There's a new team of Titans and the majority are enemies of various members of past teams of Titans, led by, none other than, Deathstroke, Enemy Number One to the original new Teen Titans. This issue doesn't reveal Slade's true reasons for drafting his new crew, but it's evident that this band of villains will be up to no good under the Titans name. Actually there isn't a whole lot of indepth characterization in this special, everyone's reasons for joining their new leader are pretty obvio...

This issue was a disappointment when I first saw this I thought "Slade in a new ongoing this should be great I mean sure the only other character I care about is Osiris but it should still be good” I was wrong the only thing that I liked about this Issue was the two page spread and the ending scene. On to the issue it self I was disappointed by the art the each of the flashback scenes were drawn by different artist and the colors were weird even for flashback scenes the back story of the main...

    Really? 0

All I pretty much have to say is that it took all five of them to kill Ryan Choi. A teenager powered by at least six or seven gods and a genocidal sociopath who blew up a small country. But since this has to be longer I'll continue. I was never Ryan Choi's biggest fan, that is to say I didn't dislike him, but I agree with comic book resources zero out of five stars critique and them calling this a "superhero snuff film" if I got the words right. Ryan had a lot more potential that's now wasted un...
