    Phenomenal

The Titans have always been my favorite corner of DC. From 60's Teen Titans to 80's The New Teen Titans to the 2003/2008 split branches, I've always loved them. I've also always loved Roy Harper, finding him to be the character with the most soul in DC. Needless to say, this is my all-time favorite issue of any series. My only complaint is that after this issue, the series went to shit, but this, to this day, remains the only issue to ever make me cry. So beautifully written and told.

The issue showed how much he loved wondergirl and how he changed after his daughter was born and how his daughter is his life. The issue was a...
