    Overview

    Tinasha is a fictional city within the Democratic Republic of Congo, which acts as the home city of Batwing, a member of Batman Inc. Creator Judd Winick described the city has being a mix of the two extremes you're most likely to find on the continent of Africa. On one hand, the city is very modern and westernized, while not but a few miles away, there are slum villages where the poor live, and crime is rampant. Within Tinasha, Batwing has The Haven, which he uses as his home base, not unlike the Batcave.
