Timothy Dalton is a Welsh-born English actor who played James Bond in the late 1980s. He has also appeared in two comic book movies - Basil St. John in Brenda Starr and Neville Sinclair in The Rocketeer. Currently, Dalton portrays Doctor Niles Caulder/The Chief in the online series Doom Patrol.
