At the age of nine, Timothy Drake cleverly deduced the identities of Batman and Robin. Four years later, after the death of Jason Todd, Tim convinced Batman that he should be the new Robin. He would later become leader of Young Justice.
Shiva also briefly trained Tim. They have some history. She even used him in her efforts to bring down King Snake. I have the superspeed Tim vs Shiva scans somewhere. I'll dig em up. He also fought her in the last official issue of Robin. He poisoned her the night before in order to survive their battle ;)
I havent found the actually fight scans yet, but here's a couple of scans leading up to it. It goes down in Robin v.2 #51 Dava, a former student of two martial arts master that Shiva killed is being protected by Tim. She uses a drug that gives her superspeed. In order for Tim to take on overwhelming odds she kisses him and thus the drug enters his body granted him temporary superspeed.
@velle37: If I remember correctly they never give an actual number. In the scans I believe he says Warp Speed but thats probably more of a reference then an actual degree. In the second scan you can see the artist depiction of his speed (looks like a rainbow Flash).

@jasraj: If I remember correctly Tim actually ends up on top of Shiva during the wrestling. I wouldnt say anyone "won" during the sparring. Tim gained some valuable training though in my opinion.

Does he, he's got good training then, though i think Shiva had some huge PIS with Huntress
@Gambler:@jasraj: Well I guess Tim is a pretty awesome fighter. Probably the best in the Bat Family right? I remember seeing something where he almost beat cassandra to death.
