How tall is he really?

I'd guess around 5'7 to 5'9 or so.

yeah thats a good question because depends on who draws him he looks like a strong man or a young kid

I have the DC Encyclopedia which says the height of everyone. As of 2006 he is 5'5", 125 lbs

From what I know he's

He is 5'10" or 5'11"  he was 5'5" when he started being Robin.

I think he's 6'2" now.

Bruce is 6'1 so that would mean Tim is taller and in Battle of the Cowl Catman says Tim is too short to be Bruce. "

No, he does not have to be 6'5", that's ridiculous.   According to the  DC Comics Encyclopedia, Batman/Bruce Wayne is 6'2". "

Bruce has been stated on numerous accounts to be roughly around 6'2 as he is shown to be drawn shorter than Superman who is stated to be 6'3-6'4. If by comparison with the image here, I'd say Tim is roughly 5'8-5'10 max.
