The epic story in THE TICK'S GOLDEN AGE COMIC 3 continues and completes the storyline established in the first two issues of this series. However, the tale 'stands alone' and may be read independently, this allowing new readers to jump in with this issue. The Tick and his super-hero assistants trail The Tick's arch-enemy, Herr Comrade Doktor Skar, back from South America back to The City, where the sinister super-villain disappears into the cesspool which is the evil underworld of this huge metropolis. The Tick goes 'undercover', as a private eye, in ordert to track down the wiley bad guy. And then a mysterious---but strangely gorgeous---woman walks into his office, desperate for his help...''
