The Thunderbolts went through many evolutions: Baron Zemo's plan for world domination, a superhero team comprised of super-villains seeking redemption, Norman Osborn's personal hit squad, a government-sponsored prison reform project, and more. What they had in common was a roster that was always made of supervillains and anti-heroes willing to cross the lines other heroic teams wouldn't.
Does anyone out there have any clue who might be the new Scourge? I'm at a lost. The only clue we've gotten was Osborn mentioning how it's a shame to hide his face after he'd gotten so much work done. My only guess is Crossbones.... He's the only person I can think of who got his damaged face repaired.

I just completely made that up.I have no idea who it is lol.Stricklan is a real character though.He's a DD villain.I'm not sure who it could be.When I first saw him in that one Thunderbolts pic..I thought he was Crossbones but it's obvious he's not.So what Merc is still out there that we haven't seen in years and could be a potential Thunderbolt? Solo? Agent X? Is Swordsman back? Maybe it's the Russian or Jigsaw? Who knows?
@Vance Astro: Solo has been in Dark Reign: Elektra and Hawkeye so I doubt it's him. Swordsman working for Osborn is very unlikly, at least if it's Andreas. :P Wasn't the Russian nuked to death. Lol and I think Jigsaw is going to play a role in FrankenCastle..... But I thought Agent X too but could you really see him working for Osborn? Possibly, yeah but not very likely. He's just too bad@$$ to take orders from Brillohead, especailly if he's placed on a team of z-listers. But....
@Omega King: Nuke! That makes perfect sense. Last we saw of him he was practically a pile of scraps and left in Emma Frost's care. Osborn could have the access to him and rescources to rebuild him. Makes perfect sense. I'm surprised I didn't think of him.
