    Thunderbolts

Team » Thunderbolts appears in 732 issues.

The Thunderbolts went through many evolutions: Baron Zemo's plan for world domination, a superhero team comprised of super-villains seeking redemption, Norman Osborn's personal hit squad, a government-sponsored prison reform project, and more. What they had in common was a roster that was always made of supervillains and anti-heroes willing to cross the lines other heroic teams wouldn't.

I don't think he's an existing character, just a spoof on Dredd. Since he's in "Mondocity" as opposed to Dredd's Mega City, he'll probably be named along similiar lines. Llike Arbiter Terror or something stupid like that.

@weenman1: They called him "Boss Cage", so my best guess is that the T'bolts and Doom changed the future and that guy on the bike is Luke Cage.
