A good, solid transition.
Well, it's the final chapter for this version of The Thunderbolts, and it's interesting to see how all the chips fall in the final conflict. It's hard not to spoil anything, but suffice to say, The Thunderbolts managed some real character development in some of it's characters. Ghost, Ant-Man, and Paladin, in particular. I'm also curious to see if the Headsman tease they set up in the last few pages of the book come to anything. If so, we might get a good new character out of the bargain. And, of course, it set up the switch-over to Luke Cage's running of the team. Can't wait to see how that works out, as I'm a huge fan of Cage, and most of the prospective line-up. The art in this book was great, and I'm basically hooked on this series, so it's gonna take a hell of a bad next month to disappoint me. In short, good book, great art, but since this was basically a lame duck issue until things pick back up next month, it's just an okay transitional issue.
