Yes. If he had been hit that distance than I would probably say no. Just being thrown should be easier.

MCU Thor has probably the best durability of any MCU hero..... he was given the "slam" treatment by the Hulk and got up without a scratch. The same move ended up with Loki being KO'd for a third of the Avengers movie!! So, yeah, he'd be fine.

Yes, that feat, although was impressive, wasn't anything crazy. Superman went through like 8 walls. And it was a result of being thrown not punched. Overall that's like the Hulk building feet when Hulk was pushed through like 20+ floors.
