Here, Thor with no energy left, absorbs an attack from this 10,000 fused Patheon being and redirects it back.

If it makes it easier for you to believe, go read Hulk #27 and stop questioning people on this fact. Rulk was on the edge of the event horizon of the black hole and Thor flew in and saved him. End of story, now move on.

my fave is the one deadcool posted, the fearless direct attack on galactus, but here is a few i scrounged up

now i am furious at my computer. oh well. i was going to post the scan of avengers prime 4 where he picked fafnir the dragon up by his nose and mouth and suplexed him. it isnt as impressive without the scan, so there isnt really anything i can do, unless someone else has that scan. the death of bor was another one. and in secret invasion where his mere presence made ares, another god, get giddy and made the skrulls pee in their pants. also inspired nick fury to say "well my god has a hammer" sorry bout the lack of scans. i hate technology. well, just MY technology.

The problems with the Gods in Marvel, is that they are just like they are in the Mythology, Thor wasn't the God of Inteligence, but Athena is a 7 in Intelligence because she is the Goddess of War and Knownledge.
Also the Asgardian Gods are not martial artists, they are known for his brawl skill as a Berserker, for that reason one of the powers of Thor is the Warrior's Madness (Berserk).

I don't think they are written like their mythological counterparts.  The writers took pieces from the myths to create Thor and Hercules and the rest.
However even if they were, one would think that the divinities are not only stronger, immortal(mostly), faster, and wielding more serious magic but also possessing elevated intelligence for greater than mortals.  In myths the Olympians are show with higher thinking skills than humans though they are shown with numerous human traits as well.  Like Zeus' wrath for example.

Thor and Hercules, especially Thor, were trained in martial arts of their cultures.  They are both "pro" warriors and this means that they live to fight and are trained for that.  I think this is mistakingly overlooked by the chart.

    1. Basically this, there are a lot of different things, but Marvel's Thor is definitely more powerful than his Mythological counterpart, Loki aswell.
    2. Mythological Thor has no a lot of intelligence feats, just wisdom, I have read stories about the Mythological Thor, and he seems to be ok, but Thor from Marvel is better.
    3. Ares has normal Intelligence, but he show war skills and strategies in a genius level, because he is the God of War.
    4. Yeah, they are, but there is not a lot of martial arts in their cultures, for Herc and Ares maybe they know Greco-Roman fight.

I agree his durability should be a 7, and his fighting skills should be a 5. By the chart, he is a master in the art of battle and fighting. This isn't really a martial art, but that should be enough to qualify IMO, and he is definitely above 'some fighting experience' (I think thousands of years of fighting is more than 'some').

His intelligence level without the Odin Force or Runes is pretty normal, but judging by the amount of years he has been around and learning from the wisdom and knowledge of his father Odin, Thor should be at level 3 or the 'learned' level IMO.

    Good going so far guys.

I think there is confusion over  "martial art".
It means fighting skill.  It doesn't only mean "Shaoling Kung-Fu,  Karate, Ju-jitsu, or other eastern fighting (martial) traditions".  Nowadays when we hear "martial arts" we think about the aforementioned.
So every culture where there are warriors or fighters has a "fighting (martial) art".
