    @yourneighborhoodcomicgeek: Exactly! Thanks to MST3K, Rifftrax, and Rifftrax live, my best friend and I (formerly as I just moved) used to habitually riff movies if there was no one around us in theaters. Naturally, we did so when we hung out too.

    @tazzmission: So tell us how you really feel. Love the enthusiasm.

    @_slim_: You're killing the industry! (Jk) I've talked with a lot of friends and family (my dad's a producer) about what they think can be done to help "save the industry" but no one has any really solid idea.

    @zijuun: Oh yes! I definitely wanna see Bad Grandpa.

    @sagejonathan: I didn't know about it covering all nine real realms but I fear that something like that might alienate non comic book readers. Then again, my wife did say she wish they'd spent more time in Asgard in Thor than on Earth. I was surprised.

    @fallschirmjager: For sure. It's always fun to go with friends to a midnight showing and bathe in the anticipatory energy of the crowd, if there is any.

    @jokergeist: @immortal777: Fair enough.

    @jedixman: One of the only perks of seeing previews when watching comic book movies is seeing trailers for other comic book movies. :-)

    @queso6p4: With a character like Thor you have to go all the way of don't go at all. The first movie was mediocre because it took place on earth most of the time and we didn't get to see anything really awesome. That was how they introduced him; now that everyone knows him they have to show them that he's really something else, something cosmic and otherworldly. He's meant to be in space most of the time doing epic stuff and this is his opportunity to shine. The audience needs to learn how to watch something different, and if they do this movie right, they will.

    i saw a bootleg version last night floating around online. decent quality but the idiot who did it didnt include the ending ( seriously wtf dude?) but i will say this it was a fun movie and imo this is the thor people wanted when the first one came out. you see alot of asgard wich was a really nice thing ( take note green lantern) the fights were great the cast was great and there are some interesting good twists in the film ( wich i wont dare speak of). only real issue i had was the lack of development for the elves and i wish they focused more on that. there are a few holy shit moments wich alot of fans will like ,now i know people are wondering about the extra stuff with loki and here is the thing the movie is not 100% loki like people fear it to be and honestly we see see him very later in the film and what i loved about this sequal was the brother moments between thor and loki thor being the i know what im doing kind of brother wile loki is just the instigater to try and annoy thor. i thought that was very well done . all in all i wont say its better than thor one but i will say they are both equal when it comes to pacing and story and that my friends is a possitive not a negative i say see it and i plan on seeing it this friday at the cinema

    i saw the movie 2 nights ago online. long story short and spoiler free very enjoyable and only real nitpick i had was the elves were sooooo under used. i noticed sites have stated they favor the first one over this one but me i think both films are fun despite there flaws and really are on par with eachother but thor 2 was more i guess you can say well executed when it came to the fantasy element . hopefully thor 3 will finally fix that problem and deliver the perfect thor picture. id say see it

    I just seen it and it was great!

    It wasn't how reviewers said it would be. the humour was barely noticeable. Meleikth did a good job. I felt with loki there were many great twists. Chris hemsthor did a great job, just wonder why he had to use a much deep tone of voice for THOR when the previous THOR voices were fine.

    felt kurse was wasted with a terrible THOR vs kurse fight.

    I had fun at the marathon last week and enjoyed The Dark World, even though there was some douche constantly checking their phone during all three movies in the row in front of me. I was surprised there was so much humor in it but didn't find it too distracting and I definitely enjoyed the action scenes. I'd give it a good/decent (3-3.5/5) rating. There was trivia between the movies and I won a pair of Loki 3D glasses so that was an added bonus.

    just got back from the theater, pretty good movie but I wish it was a little less cliche and that they gave Kurse more fight time. If Idris Alba (the gatekeeper) fought Triple A (Kurse), I would rate this movie OVER 9000!!! out of 10

    I agree with this....I thought this was a website for people who love comics/super-heroes? Why wouldn't you want to see this film? Give it a chance, ignore the reviews. Its great entertainment. Now in my top 3 favourite Marvel Films of all time, along with Iron Man 1 and the Avengers Assemble, so there!!
