    Jane Foster, under the employ of the High Evolutionary! Thor discovers the brutish and strange science of the High Evolutionary while trailing Jane in Wundagore. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver make an appearance!

    First appearances by the High Evolutionary and the Man-Beast in "The People-Breeders!" Script by Stan Lee, pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Vince Colletta. Appearances by Quicksilver, the Scarlet Witch, the Recorder, and Jane Foster; Galactus cameo.

    What we have here is pretty much a typical Marvel Comic from the mid 1960s. Stan Lee kept a close eye on the sales figures and soon learned that sales of any one issue of a Marvel title increased based on the appearance of other characters from other Marvel titles. The idea of crossover readership is so common today - it's why we have 'big events' by Marvel and DC every year - but it was a new revelation at that time.  As a result, by 1966, there were cameos left and right in every Marvel book. ...
