Do you guys think that he will be a ten year old kid again or do you think that DC will age him up in the New 52 into his teens?

I really hope they do. I'd find it a lot cooler if he was somewhere in between 15-17 years old.

I knew he was already in the DCNU, but I was confused by ComicVine's article on the subject. Has his history been reset? Also, what is his personality like? His comicvine page said that in current events, Billy Batson had nefarious plans for his foster parents. ???

He's a dick, lives in a foster home, tries to get adopted, is no longer related to Mary, and his Captain Marvel persona is called Shazam and is more of a wizard. Not sure if he's used any of his powers or that he's gotten them yet.

I like the new BB story. So far it's the best thing about the JLA book. I was put off by his attitude at first also but there is a bigger story there that hasn't been told yet. His attitude does make sense he in a lot of pain that's why he was crying.  Also he has already shown that he wont let them get bullied and will fight for them. It's really going good so far.

But I remember the creators said something about summoning it in a interview. Don't really remember what it was exactly but I'll try to look it up.

There was a reason why Billy was chosen to be Captain Marvel which was his morals, innocence, purity, kindness and blah blah. What are the reason for him being chosen now? None. Johns could make it that he had it all along but was too afraid to show it or he becomes all those and the Wizard (if he's still there) knew it all along. I have faith in Johns because he wrote a good Billy during his JSA run. Then again his JLA sucks for some reason even though his other two titles don't. Oh well :p
