Opinions were certainly mixed on season 2 -- and understandably so -- but that's definitely not the case with AMC's latest season. The first half of season 3 was a huge improvement, drastically upping the stakes when it comes to both gruesome action and powerful drama.

It comes as no surprise they're heavily promoting the show's return. A new trailer has hit the web and it puts a spotlight on the huge war that's about to erupt between Rick and The Governor.

The Walking Dead returns Feb. 10 at 9/8c.
