    this was an excellent issue. KIkman makes the governor more twisted than ever . the make out scene with penny is shocking. We also see how he uses manipulation. He portrays Rick as a a savage when he himself is a savage. His speech was incredibly effective in getting them to attack the prison. shows how easy people wil follow a pyscho
