Almost There
...O my god, if anything bad happens to that Dolphin. For those of you who have not been reading Scott Snyder and Sean Murphy's The Wake, just know that none of this will make any sense, and the only way to explain this series is to read it for yourself. The Wake is a 10 issue series, so if you have not checked it out yet, there should be a hardcover or soft cover collection coming out after issue 10. When sea creatures take over the world, there really is only one thing you and your faithful pet Dolphin, Dash, can do: Join a group of pirates. I know what you're thinking... I have heard this story a 1,000 times, but I say to you Nah !! Sean Murphy has been drawing his balls off on this series and man when he wants to draw a Dolphin skiing down a mountain, you will not even think twice about how the hell that happened. This is one of those stories were it will not make 100% sense until the last issue, so that may be a turn off for some people. However, I have been loving this from day one and I hope Scott Snyder and Sean Murphy get to re-visit this world they created one day in the future.
