Note: Cover B from Jon Davis-Hunt was not re-solicited after the hiatus and replaced by Alan Quah's canceled cover from the previous issue. Francesco Francavilla was originally planned to illustrate the cover of the Pre-Order Edition but was replaced by Davis-Hunt who did a brand new cover (meaning his Cover B remains unused).
