The Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye #37

Hi guys, this is my review of this week's issue of Transformers More than Meets the Eye. I feel this is a series every comic fan should follow even if they're not big Tramsformers fans. The writing is very dense and the dialogue always has a ton of substance. James Roberts is the best Transformers writer of this generation or of all time. There's a big nod to Chaos Theory in this book which was a story James Roberts also wrote. You can see how #37mconnects to Chaos theory right when you see the panels. There are panels rescued from Chaos Theory but I don't mind given how many panels have fitted onto the other page. And I have a dislike for panels that are basically just zoomed in or zoomed out shots of other panels. I like the dialogue in this comic like I have with all the comics in this series. It has been funny sometimes in this book. Seeing how the other characters interact with events is also enjoyable. For example I liked seeing Perceptor talks about Brainstorm's time machine because Perceptor is also a scientist. The plot has been very interesting and in my opinion this is the best overall plot in MTMTE besides Dark Cybertron. The story really falls together when you see how the dialogue leads to the big surprise ending. The art works is good. Alex Milne does a good job in this series like he always has. I'm glad he stuck with the new colorist. I found the colors in the begining of this series to be dull. Seeing lush pictures of Cybertron with bright blue eyes is great. The likes the cover art with Impactor also. It was the issue I bought. Overall, this is a fantastic issue like all the other comics in the More than Meets Eye series. I highly recommend this and the entire series for anyone who like a good read.
