One of the titles in the Marvel Digest Series launched by Dez Skinn in 1980, which doubled the page count with raising the production costs of a series of new titles by the simple expediency of printing at half the regular size and so using no extra paper, The Titans Pocket Book, which began publication in November 1980, revived a title previously used by Marvel UK and reprinted Captain America, Thor and Iron Man. Since other Marvel UK titles (Captain America and Marvel Action) were also publishing relatively contemporary reprints of these US titles, the pocket book reprinted stories from the 1960s. Poor sales saw the series cancelled after 13 issues.
