The Strangers all attend a block party that is being held at the home of Atom Bob's parents. Before they can join the festivities, they have a meeting about Pilgrim and the threat that looms from his recent activies. Meanwhile, three ultras, Generator X, Lightshow and Rodent, who gained their ability during the Jumpstart decide to crash the party and fight the Strangers, so they could make a name for themselves. The Strangers defeat the trio when Pilgrim and Byter suddenly arrive to recruit the three fallen ultras.
