    A brief final conclusion, though an inane one, as the Band of the Bland try to make their universe a bland and uninspiring collection of dull cities to prohibit divine intervention is a unique twist out of Steve Gerber with artist Bryan Hitch stretching some early artistic muscles on the side. A jumbled final tale to the uninformed, but a twisting take-off of fringe physics with Gerber's mascot Howard the Duck clamoring on the side-lines to an end that somewhat subjectively sucks the idea and o...
