    The Ravagers #7

    THE GOOD:
The art is very well done and there are several different artist on it but it all looks fairly consistent. The action and some of the character designs really shine and make you excited when glancing at the pages. Expressions are simple, but they do the job effectively. The could be future scenes are also very well done and make everything look horrible. The story is fairly simple but does get a little complicated near the end. Seeing these characters working together, is fun. The character interaction on this teen team book is the best that you will get from DC currently. All the character have their own personalities and they really show in this issue. The situation that the young girl puts Fairchild is very interesting and seeing what could be and hopefully something much different down the line will make the series feel like it's come in full circle.

    THE BAD:
Terra really goes over the top and it makes her very unlikable. All teenagers in the DCU have this very emotional the world hates me and we don't get much teen heroes that are happy to have these powers.

    THE VERDICT: 4/5 (Great)
The Ravagers is a fun comic that is filled with different character that you will like and maybe dislike. It has a solid plot and looks like it is moving in the right direction. If you want the best Young Justice book out there, this would be the one that I recommend to you first. The art always looks good and the dialog feels like real people are speaking. I suggest that you pick this series up if you like any of the character in it and if you want a fun book.

(No Spoilers)Another strong issue of The Ravagers as we get interesting story developments courtesy of writer Howard Mackie. Unfortunately, this is the last issue for Mackie and artist Ian Churchill. The art duties are shared by Churchill and three other artists. But thankfully (and surprisingly) the art changes are not as jarring. We also get a new character but her introduction leaves into question how much we'll see of her in the future. Overall, still a great title and one I look forward to ...
